1.Supervise
and support the power plants in the O&M field, to improve the plant
efficiency and equipment management
2.Manage
and complete the designated technical assignments or projects
3.Identify
the potential issue or risk in the O&M of power plant and provide advices
for improving
4.Conduct
technical investigation and evaluation
for specific issue or area
5.Follow-up the development of new
technologies and solutions, and promote the application of the appropriate
technologies
6.Conduct
other professional assignments by the Company
1.Technical performance and equipment condition of
power plant
2.The process is correct, complying with company
policy; the required targets are achieved.
3.Completeness and Quality of Proposals and/or Due Diligence (DD) for the new
investment/projects;
4.Timely follow-up and feedback on new and advanced technologies.
5.Complete the specific assignment (as agreed with supervisor) with
successful achievement of the objective

Key Competencies
Well
experienced in power industry, familiar with technical disciplines
related.
Scientific

Excellent cooperation and
teamwork spirit, either inside or outside the Company
Education Background
College
degree or above, with majors of power sector related
are preferred
Knowledge/Experience
6 years above professional
experience in power industry;
Technical experience
in power plant or relevant designing and/or researching
institutes preferred
Computer/Language/Other skills
Fluent
oral and written English;
Good
written and presentation skills;
Good
command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
